Patrick Fassetta - Director

In 1987 Patrick co-founded Paypoint Payroll Services - one of WA's first payroll development companies. The company grew quickly and in 1991, PAYPAC Payroll Services Pty Ltd was established to facilitate the design and installation of custom-made payroll software for state and national organisations. This included Accor Asia Pacific (Formerly Quality Pacific Hotels), Ian Diffen Group, Skywest Airlines, SDR Constructions, Arrix Cleaning, Mediserve Nursing Agency, International Mining Services and Rocky Bay Inc. Each of these organizations continues to use PAYPAC services today.

Since then Patrick has strategically grown PAYPAC as a leader of payroll outsourcing in Western Australia. He has overseen the design, development and implementation of many significant projects, across a very broad range of industries.

Patrick is recognised nationally as an expert on payroll issues and is frequently sought for advice, and contracted to implement payroll services and software, for interstate and off-shore organisations.

He recently facilitated the completion of Outsourcing Services to McDermott Industries, during their contract for pipelay installation for Woodsides $1.2 billion Angel platform. PAYPAC managed the immediate set-up of over 500 multi-departmental staff, meeting all aspects of off-shore logistical issues, award interpretation and analysis.

Belinda Stewart - Outsourcing Manager

Belinda Stewart arrived at PAYPAC in February 2003 with a wealth of payroll experience including payroll processing for 500 staff in the electrical sector and medical payroll processing.

Belinda's duties encompass the full breadth of payroll outsourcing management. Belinda develops and monitors all aspects to accomplish PAYPAC's business objectives, including client relationships, planning, coordinating and managing all functions to maintain smooth client relations. She plans, develops and administers the payroll policies and procedures and directs the activities of PAYPAC's payroll staff.

One of Belinda's key strategic initiatives with PAYPAC has been the research and review of procedures and issues that relate to all payroll functions.

Kirsty Dean - Payroll Team Leader

Kirsty Dean joined PAYPAC in September 2005

Together they supervise the day-to-day payroll operations of hundreds of PAYPAC outsourcing clients. This includes managing all aspects of payroll production, reporting and administration for the client. Kirsty and Peter are responsible for the review and investigation of procedures and issues that relate to all aspects of the client's payroll. Their role also includes the supervision of our payroll assistants.

Alisa Fassetta - Office Management

Alisa commenced with PAYPAC in 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing Degree and has held various marketing and management positions in WA. This includes marketing for Matilda Bay Brewery, events management with Channel 10 Perth and retail management for Metro Brick.

As well as ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy office and personnel, Alisa also manages Keyfast Training - the training arm of PAYPAC.
