Since July 2006, PAYPAC has provided outsourcing services to Pharmacy 777 & Help Group. Pharmacy 777 is a leader in retail pharmacy. Their marketing strategy is based around all stores being open from 7am - 11pm every day of they year.

We’re delighted to be working with PAYPAC. We have been working closely with Belinda and the team to manage 27 stores, plus Head Office. As an accounting practice we took care of our own payroll in-house up until June 2007. However, our business has grown and with 13 staff we made the decision to outsource our payroll obligations to another company that could do it quicker and more efficiently than we could do it ourselves. As a direct result of this decision we began using the services of PAYPAC from 1 July 2007.

The system offered by PAYPAC has simplified our payroll process. Our staff receive detailed payslips including accurate accrued leave entitlements and the annual PAYG Payment Summaries are available in the first week of the new financial year. Also, our Super Guarantee obligations are calculated and processed by PAYPAC into the various staff member super funds each quarter, which further simplifies our payroll administration.

Since using PAYPAC we have experienced significant time and therefore cost savings. We have been so happy with PAYPAC that we now recommend PAYPAC to our business clients and the feedback from our clients has been excellent.

Independent Events

Independent Events specialise in Event Cash Management and Catering Services for some of WA's largest events. Large influx of casual staff are required to run bars, ticketing, and general staffing with nearly 550 staff currently on file, and a very high turnover rate.

PAYPAC designed an import file for staff details from our Independent Events software. Now with the click of a button, the payroll can be entered, sorted and verified in a fraction of the time. PAYPAC provides direct deposit of wages at variable times according to our events, and payslips are emailed direct to our employees. The system is streamlined, and we are extremely satisfied with the way our requirements have been tailored.
