Patrick has overseen the strategic direction and development of Paypac since its inception in 1991. Patrick is a highly skilled professional with deep operational experience across all facets of Payroll & HR management. His experience covers complex corporate change-over implementations, in country payroll solutions, complex organisational structuring, and high volume transactional environments.

Business Engagement Manager Belinda Stewart

Belinda has developed extensive payroll operations management experience during her career at Paypac. Her scope encompasses the full breadth of payroll outsourcing management including complex award interpretations. This includes introducing SuperStream and Single Touch Payroll seamlessly to our client base. Belinda consults with business owners and managers and makes confident, informed recommendations on industry best practice and compliance in the areas of HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance.

Payroll Outsourcing Team Manager Peter Wells

Peter is our Implementation Specialist. He has seamlessly on boarded hundreds of clients from every industry sector, and has vast experience assisting companies with a global workforce. Peter is a client-focussed payroll manager with excellent attention to detail and a customer-first approach. He guides and directs our outsourcing team as each new client transitions to their own dedicated Paypac Payroll Officer. Peter has been instrumental in building our support team and creating a procedural library for both clients and team members.

Payroll Outsourcing Supervisor Kirsty Dean

Kirsty’s background includes high end volume processing across multiple industries. Kirsty has developed a specific flair for Construction & Mining and a solid knowledge of award & EBA interpretation on union sites. Kirsty’s high end knowledge of our Paypac software sees her as one of our Team Leaders. Your payroll is in good hands with Kirsty.
