By “you” we mean individuals who access the website and entities whose employees, contractors, representatives and agents access the website.

These terms apply to your use of our website. By accessing our website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them you should not access our website.

We may change these terms without giving you notice, so you must read these terms every time you visit our website. By accessing our website after changes are made to these terms you agree to the revised terms.

3. Using our website

We are an Australian company. If you are visiting our website with a view to purchasing products or services, you should only do so if the products or services concern the payroll of employees who are in Australia and New Zealand. We do have agreements with organisations that are not Australian but only in relation to the payroll of employees in Australia or New Zealand.

You must use our website in an acceptable way. We do not permit use of our website which damages or is likely to damage our reputation, the availability or integrity of our website or which causes us or threatens to cause us any legal, tax or regulatory liability.

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, including:

  • in any way that breaches any local, national or international law or regulation;
  • in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has that purpose or effect;
  • to send any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of unsolicited communication; or
  • to transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains any harmful programs, such as viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or time-bombs.

  • interfere with, damage or disrupt our website, or any related equipment, network or software.

Interaction via our website

We provide our clients log-in access to parts of our website so they can use self-service facilities relating to our payroll services.
